Super fruity, lively on the tongue with intricate flavors, mesmerizing spice, and a brisk lingering tang.  The Aleppo pepper has a moderate heat level with some fruitiness and mild, cumin-like undertones. It is fairly mild with its heat building slowly, a fruity, raisin-like flavor.  Pair it with aged fruity and nutty cheeses- think Iberico, P’tit Basque, and semi-fatty fancy meats, such as Prosciutto di Parma and sweet Spanish Chorizo.
