The olives for this extra virgin olive oil are grown organically at the estate of Herdade de Esporão in Alentejo, Portugal. This oil is made from Cobrançosa and Arbequina olives, which are pressed immediately after picking to preserve their freshness. The result is a velvety olive oil with a fruity and floral aroma up front and hints of green tea and freshly cut grass.
